This year's GROWTH 2020: CEO Summit will take place virtually, over four mornings: Tuesday, November 3rd; Thursday, November 5th; Tuesday, November 10th; and Thursday November 12th. In addition, as always, we'll celebrate the success of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies and Startups at the GROWTH 2020 Awards ceremony on the final day of the summit.
We have some exciting changes in this year's CEO Summit, our exclusive, invitation-only conference designed specifically for the leaders of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies and Startups. Siri Agrell
Siri Agrell is a Toronto-based leadership strategist with high level experience in both the private and public sectors. She was recently the Executive Director of OneEleven, one of Canada's top technology incubators. Previously, she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives to Toronto Mayor John Tory and Deputy Director of Communications to Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne. Siri began her career as a journalist, with roles at The Globe and Mail, National Post and Ottawa Citizen, and is a sought after advisor, public speaker and the author of a popular weekly newsletter on Leadership called Loss Leader.

Wes Hall
Wes Hall is an established innovator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. As Executive Chairman & Founder of Kingsdale Advisors, he has been named one of Canada’s most powerful business people. He is also the owner of QM Environmental, a leading environmental and industrial services provider; and Titan Supply, a top manufacturer and distributor of rigging and wear products. In 2009, Wes was recognized with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Ontario and in 2020 he was appointed to the Ontario government’s Capital Markets Modernization Taskforce, tasked to review and modernize the province’s capital markets regulations. Wes is Founder and Chairman of The Canadian Council of Business Leaders Against Anti-Black Systemic Racism and the BlackNorth Initiative, committed to the removal of anti-Black systemic barriers in Canada.

Dr. Brett Belchetz
Dr. Brett Belchetz is the CEO and Co-founder of Maple (getmaple.ca), Canada’s leading virtual care provider connecting patients and healthcare providers like doctors and therapists for online medical visits in minutes. He’s also a practicing physician in Toronto, and a Senior Fellow at the Fraser Institute. In addition, Brett’s passion for healthcare communication and policy have led him to work as an on-air medical expert for CTV and Global News, as well as a contributor to outlets such as the National Post. Previously, Brett worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Rajen Ruparell
Rajen Ruparell is a Canadian investor and serial entrepreneur. His most recent venture, Endy, was sold to Sleep Country in one of Canada's largest ever e-commerce deals. Originally Endy's lion (majority) shareholder, he remains with the company as its Chairman & Founder. Previously he co-founded Citydeal which he sold to Groupon, and became one of the youngest executives in Silicon Valley, helping take the company public in the largest IPO since Google. He's also a board member and investor at Clearbanc, founded by Dragon Michele Romanow, and was a pre-IPO investor in Twitter and Spotify, alongside a portfolio of investments in retail, tech, and real estate. Rajen is also a dedicated philanthropist, building schools in India, serving as a major supporter of charities like Artists for Peace and Justice and the Furniture Bank, and providing mentorship to young entrepreneurs across Canada.

Tiffani Bova is the Global Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist at Salesforce, and was previous VP, Distinguished Analyst and Research Fellow with Gartner. Her recent book “Growth IQ: Get Smarter About the Choices that Will Make or Break Your Business” is a Wall Street Journal bestseller. She is a highly sought-after keynote speaker and a top influencer in Business Growth, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, the Future of Work and Sales.
