Bruce Heyman is about to get a lot busier. With a new prime minister and a new cabinet coming into power, Heyman has a fresh set of politicians to brief on U.S. priorities. Heyman is a personable guy, but behind the scenes, relations between Canada and the U.S. are said to have grown frosty over the Keystone XL pipeline. Heyman has downplayed this notion, but the change in government allows the opportunity to repair any damage.
