What does it mean to be a female entrepreneur in 2013? There’s no cookie-cutter answer, which is why it’s so fascinating when you gather a big group of them in a room.

On Tuesday, November 26, more than 150 women gathered in Toronto’s luxe Shangri-La Hotel for the 2013 W100 Idea Exchange. Hosted by PROFIT and Chatelaine, the day-long conference—designed to celebrate the achievements of the women on the 2013 W100 ranking—was packed solid with inspiring keynotes, engaging panel discussions and opportunities to share, well, ideas.
