Q&A from Holly Brattberg

Holly Brattberg knew she was onto something when she went looking for an online-training product for Autodesk, the premier 3D design and engineering software, and came up empty. Brattberg, along with her sister Susan, have since launched Global e-Training (GeT), an online trainer for users of Autodesk that combines multiple learning tools, including audio, video and step-by-step instruction.

In an online software-training market dominated by passive tools such as ebooks and YouTube video tutorials, GeT’s interactivity boosts both participation and retention, and boasts reporting features that help companies track ROI.

In just two years, GeT has managed to put together a worldwide distribution network that includes more than 50 active reseller partners, including Autodesk itself.
