Feeling anxious about your job, the high cost of gas or the threat of terrorism? You’re not alone, the whole world is a jittery mass of anxiety according to a recent study by marketing company JWT. The company polled 6,000 adults in 27 major countries around the world to judge their anxiety level and see what issue keeps them up at night. They were asked, “Overall, given everything that is going on in the world, the country and your family’s life, how nervous or anxious would you say you currently are?” Respondents were also asked what worries them from health and safety issues, to military hostilities to the state of infrastructure. While we all know the world is in desperate shape, the most anxious countries—and what they worry about—may surprise you.
