The computer network equipment maker reported a drop in profit on weaker demand and its outlook fell short of expectations.

The online retailer reported a wider-than-expected third-quarter loss and gave a weaker-than-expected holiday quarter outlook.

Digital River Inc., up $8.27 to $25.65

The online shopping services company plans to sell itself to an investor group for $840 million and become a private company.

NPS Pharmaceuticals Inc., down $2.15 to $26.93

The drug developer said the Food and Drug Administration will postpone a decision and extend a review of Natpara by three months.
