MONTREAL – Peer1 Hosting co-CEO Fabio Banducci is resigning next month, a year after the computer services company negotiated a $526-million friendly takeover by Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX:CCA).
His co-CEO, Gary Sherlock, will become Peer1 president and chief executive on Dec. 18.
Banducci joined Peer1 in October 2005 as its executive vice-president. He became Peer1’s president a year later and its CEO in September 2007. The deal with Cogeco was announced Dec. 21, 2012.
