Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Down 11 cents, or 0.79 per cent, to $13.77 on 6.6 million shares.

Canopy Growth Corp. (TSX:CGC). Drug manufacturer. Up 36 cents, or 6.09 per cent, to $6.27 on 6.3 million shares.

DH Corp. (TSX:DH). Application software. Down $12.45, or 43.38 per cent, to $16.25 on 6.1 million shares.

Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down 15 cents, or 2.88 per cent, to $5.06 on six million shares.

Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Down 23 cents, or 4.47 per cent, to $4.91 on six million shares.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (TSX:CM). Bank. Up 15 cents, or 0.15 per cent, to $100.67 on 947,704 shares. Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has reached an agreement with the Ontario Securities Commission to compensate customers for collecting excess fees for certain mutual funds and investment services over 14 years. Details of the compensation plan and the amount of money improperly collected was not disclosed and requires approval by the provincial regulator. A hearing on a proposed settlement is scheduled for Friday.
