Bell is promising to upgrade cellular coverage along a key Manitoba highway as part of its purchase of Manitoba Telecom Services (TSX:MBT) (up 22 cents, or 0.59 per cent, to $37.24 on 819,103 shares). Bell says it will install three new wireless cell sites to fill in dead zones along Highway 75, a major link between Winnipeg and the U.S. border.
