RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:REI.UN). Real estate. Down seven cents, or 0.24 per cent, to $29.17 on 607,877 shares. The Lowe’s home improvement chain has become the latest big-box retailer to expand its presence in Canada by buying up 13 leases of former Target store locations across the country. RioCan is owner of eight properties, while the rest are spread among four different owners. Meanwhile, 95 Target locations remain unclaimed.
