The Davenport-based company announced the moves Wednesday. The plan was initially disclosed in December.
Mowbray, who is 54, has been executive vice-president and chief operating officer.
Junck, who is 68, has served as president since 2000, CEO since 2001 and board chairman since 2002.
The company says she’ll serve as Mowbray’s mentor and continue board leadership focusing on strategic direction, financial matters and growth initiatives.
