Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of December 8:

Avolon Holdings Ltd. – Dublin, Ireland, 13.6 million shares, priced $21 to $23, managed by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol AVOL. Business: Aircraft lessor with a total portfolio of 227 mostly narrowbody aircraft.

Connecture Inc. – Brookfield, Wisc., 5.8 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CNXR. Business: Powers public and private online health insurance marketplaces.

Hortonworks Inc. – Palo Alto, Calif., 6 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and RBC Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HDP. Business: Develops and supports open source distribution of Hadoop for enterprises.

James River Group Holdings Ltd. – Hamilton, Bermuda, 11 million shares, priced $22 to $24, managed by Keefe Bruyette Woods, UBS, and FBR Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol JRVR. Business: Provides casualty reinsurance and excess and surplus lines insurance in the U.S.

LendingClub Corp. – San Francisco, 57.7 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol LC. Business: Largest online marketplace for personal and small business loans.

Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. – Plymouth, Mich., 15.4 million shares, priced $18 to $21, managed by BofA merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol MPG. Business: Producer of powertrain and safety components for light vehicles.

Momo Inc. – Beijing, China, 16 million American depositary shares, each representing 2 class A ordinary shares, priced $12.50 to $14.50, managed by Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MOMO. Business: Chinese location-based meeting and messaging app with 60 million monthly users.
