Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of November 3:

Antero Midstream Partners LP – Denver, 37.5 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Barclays, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo. Proposed NYSE symbol AM. Business: Owns Antero Resources’ gathering pipelines in the Marcellus and Utica Shales.

Coherus BioSciences Inc. – Redwood City, Calif., 6.3 million shares, priced $12 to $15, managed by J.P. Morgan, and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CHRS. Business: Developing a biosimilar of Amgen’s Enbrel treatment for inflammatory diseases.

Freshpet Inc. – Secaucus, N.J., 10.4 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FRPT. Business: Sells refrigerated pet food via custom refrigerators installed at over 12,500 retail stores.

INC Research Holdings Inc. – Raleigh, N.C., 8.1 million shares, priced $17 to $20, managed by Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol INCR. Business: One of the five largest global contract research organizations.

Jaguar Animal Health Inc. – San Francisco, 5 million shares, priced $7 to $9, managed by BMO Capital Markets, and Guggenheim. Proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol JAGX. Business: Developing an animal formulation of its parent’s approved diarrhea treatment.

Nevro Corp. – Menlo Park, Calif., 6.25 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol NVRO. Business: Awaiting approval for an implanted electrical device that treats leg and back pain.

Radius Bancorp Inc. – Boston, 5 million shares priced $12 to $14, managed by Baird, and Sandler O’Neill. Proposed Nasdaq symbol RADB. Business: New England-based provider of virtual banking with over $700 million in assets.

Sky Solar Holdings Ltd. – Hong Kong, 12.5 million American depositary shares, each representing 8 ordinary shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by FBR Capital Markets, and Cowen. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SKYS. Business: Chinese developer, owner and operator of globally distributed solar energy assets.

The Joint Corp. – Scottsdale, Ariz., 3 million shares, priced $9 to $11, managed by Roth Capital, and Feltl. Proposed Nasdaq symbol JYNT. Business: Franchises 215 cash-based chiropractic clinics in the U.S.
