Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of October 27

Boot Barn Holdings Inc. – Irvine, Calif., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by J.P. Morgan, Piper Jaffray, and Jefferies. Proposed NYSE symbol BOOT. Business: Western apparel and footwear retailer with 158 stores in the U.S.

Shell Midstream Partners LP – Houston, 37.5 million common units, priced $19 to $21, managed by Barclays, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol SHLX. Business: Shell-backed MLP that owns crude oil and refined products pipelines.

Sientra Inc. – Santa Barbara, Calif., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Piper Jaffray, and Stifel. Proposed NYSE symbol SIEN. Business: Newest of the three sellers of breast implants in the U.S.
