CHC Group Ltd. – Richmond, BC, Canada, 29.4 million ordinary shares (Cayman Islands), priced $16 to $18, managed by J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and UBS. Proposed NYSE symbol HELI. Business: The world’s largest commercial helicopter operator for the offshore oil and gas industry.

Cypress Energy Partners LP – Tulsa, Okla., 3.8 million common units, priced $19 to $21, managed by Raymond James, Baird, and Stifel. Proposed NYSE symbol CELP. Business: Provides environmental and inspection services to oil and natural gas companies.

EP Energy Corp. – Houston, 40 million shares, priced $23 to $27, managed by Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol EPE. Business: Independent exploration and production company engaged in the acquisition and development of unconventional onshore oil and natural gas properties in the U.S.

RSP Permian Inc. – Dallas, 20 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Tudor, Pickering Holt. Proposed NYSE symbol RSPP. Business: Independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of unconventional oil and associated liquids-rich natural gas reserves in the Permian Basin.
