Petroshare – Centennial, Colo., 6 million shares, priced at $4.63, managed Roth Capital. Proposed stock symbol PRHR. Business: Oil and gas E&P operating in Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg Basin.
SenesTech – Flagstaff, Ariz., 2 million shares, priced $12-$14, managed by Roth Capital. Business: Commercializing a non-lethal rodent control chemical that lowers rat fertility.
