3. Delta Air Lines, 88.6 per cent
4. SkyWest, 85.1 per cent
5. United Airlines, 83.7 per cent
6. ExpressJet, 83.5 per cent
7. Southwest Airlines, 81.2 per cent
8. JetBlue Airways, 80.7 per cent
9. American Airlines, 80.7 per cent
10. Frontier Airlines, 80.2 per cent
11. Virgin America, 76.7 per cent
12. Spirit Airlines, 76.4 per cent
Total for all reporting airlines: 83.4 per cent
