Grain mostly higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO – Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was up 1.75 cents at $4.3125 a bushel; July corn fell 14 cents to 3.5875 a bushel; July oats rose 1.50 cents at $2.0525 a bushel; while July soybeans advanced 30.50 cents to $11.75 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was up 1.10 cents at $1.12 a pound; August feeder cattle rose 1.25 cents to $1.4430 a pound; while July lean hogs fell .25 cent at $.8285 a pound.
