CHICAGO – Grain futures were higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. was up 2.25 cents to 4.1425 a bushel; Dec. corn gained .75 cent to 3.4875 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 6.25 cents at $2.2825a bushel; while Nov. soybeans advanced 1.75 cents to $9.8150 a bushel.
Beef lower, pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was down 1.35 cents at $1.0272 a pound; November feeder cattle lost .23 cent to $1.2562 a pound; while December lean hogs lost .85 cent at $.4615 a pound.
