CHICAGO – Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery was declined 14.25 cents at $4.4375 a bushel; July corn fell 12.50 cents to 3.7275 a bushel; July oats fell 2.25 cents at $2.0375 a bushel; while July soybeans lost 6 cents to $11.4450 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was up 1.83 cents at $1.1890 a pound; August feeder cattle rose 2.38 cents to $1.4305 a pound; while July lean hogs fell .05 cent at $.8310 a pound.
