CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. was down 12 cents to 4.0250 a bushel; Dec. corn lost 4.25 cents to 3.4825 a bushel; Dec. oats down up 5 cents at $2.1325 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans gained 9 cents to $9.92 a bushel.
Beef higher pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle was up 1.97 cents at $1.0312 a pound; October feeder cattle gained .50 cent to $1.2237 a pound; while December lean hogs gained 1.35 cents at $.4320 a pound.
