Grain mixed and livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 3.25 cents to $4.98 a bushel; December corn was off .25 cent to 3.62 a bushel; December oats were fell 4.75 cents to 2.30 a bushel; while January soybeans were up 2.25 cents to $8.63 bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up 1.83 cents to $1.3315 a pound; January feeder cattle rose .83 cent to $1.6690 a pound; while December lean hogs fell .07 cent at $.5610 a pound.
