CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar delivery was unchanged at $5.8575 a bushel; Mar corn was 2.75 cents lower at $3.9250 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.01 a bushel; while Jan soybeans lost 5.25 cents at $10.44 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb live cattle was 1.15 cents lower at $1.6190 pound; Jan feeder cattle was 2.27 cents lower at 2.3050 a pound; Feb lean hogs gained .60 cent to $.8520 a pound.
