CHICAGO – Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery fell 6.25 cents to $4.6225 a bushel; March corn was off 1.75 cents at 3.6550 a bushel; March oats lost 2 cents to 1.9850 a bushel; while March soybeans were 2.75 cents lower at $8.7975 bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was up .95 cent to $1.3437 a pound; March feeder cattle rose .47 cent to $1.5647 a pound; while April lean hogs fell .38 cent at $.7077 a pound.
