CHICAGO – Grain futures were lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was fell 2 cents to $4.4325 a bushel; March corn was off 1 cent to 3.5450 a bushel; March oats lost .50 cent to 1.71 a bushel; while March soybeans declined 4 cents at $8.55 bushel.
Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was off .35 cent to $1.37 a pound; April feeder cattle lost .42 cent to $1.5885 a pound; while April lean hogs fell .27 cent at $.7085 a pound.
