CHICAGO – Grain futures were higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery rose 4.25 cents to $4.6850 a bushel; March corn was up 4.25 cents at 3.6725 a bushel; March oats gained 1.25 cents to 2.0050 a bushel; while March soybeans were 2.75 cents higher at $8.8250 bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was up 1.30 cents to $1.3342 a pound; March feeder cattle rose 1.50 cents to $1.56 a pound; while April lean hogs gained 1 cent at $.7115 a pound.
