Six directors resigned from the pipeline company’s board.
Alcoa Inc., up 28 cents to $9.55
Mining companies climbed as the prices of gold, silver and other metals increased.
Franklin Covey Co., down $1.47 to $13.86
The corporate training and consultancy company reported weak quarterly results.
Honeywell International Inc., up 18 cents to $116.50
The conglomerate said it will buy Intelligrated, a warehouse automation company, for $1.5 billion.
OraSure Technologies Inc., up 29 cents to $6.20
The company said it ended a marketing deal with AbbVie, which was promoting its OraQuick hepatitis C test.
