Tenet Healthcare Corp., down 40 cents to $25.10

The hospital operator said it set aside more than $200 million to resolve an investigation into a clinic.

Motorola Solutions Inc., up $4.03 to $70.78

The communications equipment company gave a stronger-than-expected forecast for the year.


Newport Corp., up $7.72 to $22.76

The maker of lasers and optical components said it agreed to be bought by MKS Instruments for $23 per share.

Angie’s List Inc., down $1.20 to $8.14

The consumer reviews service skidded after it reported a smaller-than-expected profit for the fourth quarter.
