HALIFAX – Clarke Inc. (TSX:CKI) is selling its commercial tank and home heating business to TerraVest Capital Inc. (TSX:TVK).
The investment firm says it will receive $24.9 million in the form of a 6.5 per cent promissory note with a three-year term for its 75 per cent interest in Gestion Jerico.
The deal, which is expected to close next month, is subject to regulatory approvals.
