MONTREAL – Bombardier Aerospace has received a firm order for eight Global business jets with a combined list price of US$547 million.
Bombardier said the contract with the unnamed customer is for three Global 6000, two Global 7000 and three Global 8000 jets.
“We are confident that the Global aircraft product line’s strong momentum will continue in 2014,” Eric Martel, president, Bombardier Business Aircraft, said in announcing the deal Friday.
“The leadership of our products in terms of range, cabin volume and comfort, as well as state-of-the-art technology, is once again confirmed by this order,” he added.
