NEW YORK, N.Y. – Cotton futures No. 2 closed 50 cents a bale lower to 55 cents higher Friday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 33 cents to 63.46 cents per pound Friday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
